Dharmadurai directed by Seenu Ramasamy featuring Vijay Sethupathi and Tamannah is produced by Suresh of Studio 9. The producer turned actor (he was seen as the baddie in Bala’s Tharai Thappattai) updates about the progress of his production venture Dharmadurai,
“We are currently shooting in Vizag and we will complete the shooting around 27th or 28th. Post-production will happen in March and the film will be ready in April for release. Tamannah for the first time will be dubbing for herself in Tamil in this film as her character is such. You will see Vijay Sethupathi in 2 to 3 get ups, with moustache, without moustache and with beard. There is also a surprise get up”.
On his acting venture Marudhu, Suresh discloses that he was injured in the fight sequence recently. It can be recalled that hero Vishal had also hurt himself while shooting the climax portion. Suresh elaborates, “In the climax sequence, a stunt artist instead of falling on the bike, fell on me and I got injured. I just took a break of 15 minutes and completed the scene. Vishal had twisted his ankle but now he is fine. I will be completing Marudhu by 1st week of March. The film has come out very well. It was a great opportunity to play as a villain for Vishal as he is extremely a fit person. Our solo fight will be very original in the film”.
On his acting assignments, he says he has around 5-6 scripts ready but would choose the best from it. “Since Marudhu started immediately after Tharai Thappattai, I did not spend time with my family at all. So I want to take a small break and start again. I want to change my body language, mannerism, looks and get up in every film and so I want time”.
