IS VISHAL CONTESTING THE PRODUCER COUNCIL ELECTION?

Tamil Film Producers Council election is slated to happen on the 5th of February 2017.

Currently, Kalaipuli Thanu is the President of this association who was elected to the post in January 2015. The election happened on 25th January 2015 and five groups contested the election. As per the order of the High Court of Madras, Justice Dr.A.K.Rajan was appointed as the returning officer for the election conducted.

With the next election announced, we need to wait and see the contestants. Vishal had earlier said that he would be contesting. Announcements are expected to come in soon.
