PETA CEO EXTENDS WHOLEHEARTED APOLOGY TO SURIYA

When actor Suriya had extended his support for the Jallikattu protest, a member of the PETA organization had accused the Si3 actor that he was supporting the Jallikattu movement for the sake of publicity.

Suriya had issued a legal notice demanding an apology for the accusation made against him by a member of the PETA. He had also mentioned that, if an unconditional written apology addressed to him and copied to the media, is not issued within seven days, legal action would be taken.

Now the CEO of PETA Poorva Joshipura has formally apologized to actor Suriya. In her statement, she has addressed that, “If what you’re(Suriya) now saying is correct, please consider this a wholehearted apology”.
