FINALLY, MOHANLAL TO TEAM UP WITH THIS DIRECTOR

Lal Jose has been a prominent director in Malayalam films for more than 19 years. Superstar Mohanlal is said to have predicted Lal Jose's bright future while he was working as an assistant to director Kamal. But due to some unexplainable mystery, the two could never join hands for a film. They tried and failed numerous times. Some projects got dropped, some stories did not develop as expected and some were taken up by other directors.

After years of trying, finally the project is all set to start rolling on May 15, 2017 at Trivandrum. According to sources, the untitled film produced by Antony Perumbavoor is a musical drama in the backdrop of a seaside campus. The 'Meesa Madhavan' and 'Classmates' director, whose last film 'Nee-Na' was released two years ago in 2015, said that the producer Antony Perumbavoor deserves all the credit for making this film a reality.
