FROM BOXING COACH TO ENCOUNTER COP?

Some time back, we had reported that the director duo Pushkar-Gayathri would be directing Vijay Sethupathi in a film titled as Vikram-Veda which would be produced by Sashikanth of Y Not Studios. There are talks that Madhavan would soon be directed by the couple.

When we spoke to Gayathri, this is what she had to say, “We are in talks with Madhavan and the other lead is Vijay Sethupathi. Both of them listened to the script and they loved it. This film is Vikram-Veda. It is a romantic thriller where Maddy would be playing an encounter cop. Sashikanth will be producing. We are trying to work out the dates between Maddy and Vijay Sethupathi as they both are very busy. A little bit of script finalization is also going on. We will be finalizing on the technicians soon. An official announcement will soon come in with all the details”.

With an interesting director duo like Pushkar-Gayathri with Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi, it sounds very exciting indeed. We will keep you posted.
