''I WAS BEATEN IN AN AJITH FANS VS VIJAY FANS CLASH''

Kavin, who is best known for his portrayal of the character 'Vettaiyan' in the famous TV Serial, Saravanan Meenatchi is now busy with feature films like Natpuna Ennanu Theriyuma. He was also seen in the latest release, Sathriyan with Vikram Prabhu.

We caught up with Kavin for an exclusive interview in which he revealed some exciting details about his experiences of being an Ajith fan. Did you know, he once was stuck in between a massive physical clash between Ajith and Vijay fans? Read ahead to find out what he had to share.

''In 2003, during the release of Vijay's Thirumalai and Ajith's Anjaneya, in my town Tiruchi, both the films were running in theaters situated right next to each other. The clash was huge because fans of both the stars were storming the theaters at the same time. Suddenly some problem happened, and they started arguing which ended up in a physical fight. The crowd was dense, and there was a lot of commotion. I was a 9th standard kid at that time, and I was standing there hoping to get into the screens. But they said they would not open the screens until the fight was resolved. In that ruckus, I was even beaten by the fans.''
