BHARATHIRAJA IS VERY MUCH IMPRESSED AND AMAZED WITH THIS FILM

Uriyadi is one of the most highly praised films among critics and legendary filmmakers. The launch of Karthik Subbaraj's Stone Bench Films and Originals, happened recently where director Bharathiraja appreciated Vijay Kumar for his debut film Uriyadi.
 

He said, "When I watched Uriyadi, I was amazed and asked myself 'how could such a movie be made?' Finally today, I got to see the man who made it. Its a beautiful film simply made out of things that happened around him during his college years. It is fantastically made without any absurdity."

This is yet another feather in the cap of this bold young director.
