Popular Malayalam venture Drishyam is reportedly being remade in Sinhalese by Cheyyar Ravi of Harichandra fame. Sri Lankan actor Jackson Anthony who was part of a popular Sri Lankan film Kusa Pabha plays the lead in this project. Reports state that the shooting is currently happening at a quick pace in and around Sri Lanka.
Malayalam Drishyam has already been remade in numerous languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. The venture’s racy screenplay, regional relevance and emotional drama have won appreciation from public and critics alike.
