Why is Vadivelu a rat?

As reported earlier, Vadivelu has started shooting for his upcoming movie with Yuvaraj Dayalan, from the 5^th of February. This period film is interesting named as ‘Eli’. When Behindwoods inquired on the reason to name the movie as such, the director replied “A spy from a gang is called a black sheep(Karuppu Aadu) whereas a spy among bandits is actually called an ‘ELI’ (Rat)."

So in short Vadivelu is expected to do what Jai Shankar did during the early 70s (spy thriller - James Bond types). The team is currently shooting in Chennai. This first schedule which began from the 5^th of February will reportedly go on non-stop for another 60 odd days.  

Meanwhile, director Yuvaraj Dayalan is all set to enter into wedlock on the 15^th of February. Even his wedding commitments do not hold him back from shooting for the film.
