Here, we are talking about Hansika - Simbu's Vettai Mannan, which was launched quite a few years back but is stuck in the cans now. After Vaalu, this film is another much-anticipated one among loyal STR fans.

Directed by debutant Nelson, Vettai Mannan has some interesting facets. Talking about the characters in the film, a close source from the team said that Simbu plays a small-time local gangster. Whereas, Hansika is a high-tech racketeer, who, during the course of the movie ends up training Simbu to master the use of weapons and also grooms him.
