WILL SIVAKARTHIKEYAN'S WISH BE FULFILLED?

Tamil cinema has been blessed enough to see some legendary comedians over the past century, like NS Krishnan and TS Balaiah. For some reason, may be due to lack of proper video footage or generation gap ramifications, we don’t quite acknowledge their works.

Fortunately, it’s a different story with Goundamani. Even after 30 odd years, his satires are still recognized and celebrated in the modern, social networking world. Goundamani was a king when it came to slapstick comedies and was a master at explaining topics that plague the society in a thought provoking yet enjoyable manner.

Not only is Goundamani, an inspiration to the current gen comedians and actors, he is many people’s dream to be associated with, including the happening Sivakarthikeyan, who disclosed the fact that it’s a dream for him to work with the legend and Sathyaraj together, at 49-0's audio launch function held recently.

Now that the comedian is back to his den to do what he does best - entertain the audience, with three back to back films like 49-0, Vaaimai and Engalukku Veru Kilaigal Kidaiyathu, can we expect him to act in more films and possibly make Sivakarthikeyan’s wish come true? How would it be to see Goundamani, Sivakarthikeyan and Sathyaraj team up for a comedy film?
