TN BOX-OFFICE: PULI'S OPENING WEEKEND COLLECTIONS

After its 4 day opening weekend, the total Tamil Nadu gross of the Vijay starrer Puli is said to be close to 32 crores while after entertainment tax cuts, the net is said to be around 27 crores. As reported earlier, in Chennai city, the film's 4 day gross is estimated to be around 2.85 crores.

 

The film isn't tax free and also carries mixed reviews. We have to see how it sustains from today, to know its exact status at the box-office. But it sure is a fine opening, befitting a star of Vijay's stature who has a big fan base and also major patronage from kids and family audiences.
