POPULAR PRO TO TAKE ON A NEW ROLE

Actor/director Lakshmy Ramakrishnan is currently busy with the post production of her next film Ammani. Meanwhile, she has also started work on her next film Manushyan about which we had reported some time back. The film is said to be a kind of spoof which will talk about the events that happen when a human visits the land of ghosts.

The latest we have on this is, popular film PRO Nikil Murugan has been roped in to play an important role in the film. Talking about this exclusively to behindwoods, Lakshmy states,

“I have been looking out for people to play important roles in Manushyan. I wanted an exclusive face and did not want the regular types. When I was talking to Nikil, it just occurred to me in an intuitive manner that he would be apt for the character that I had envisioned. There are four important characters in the film. One is a villain and Nikil will be one among the other three. Artists for the other two characters are yet to be firmed up. I want to use Nikil’s strength. All of us are unique and I want to use Nikil’s uniqueness for my film”.
