Papanasam, remake of the superhit Malayalam movie Drishyam starring Kamal Haasan and Gautami in the lead roles, has been censored with a clean ‘U’ with no cuts and mutes. The film will release on July 3 as speculated earlier.

With the film featuring the Nellai Tamil dialect, the makers must also be confident of getting the coveted entertainment tax rebate from the government of Tamil Nadu.
