AN INTERESTING FACET TO SUSEENTHIRAN’S PROJECT

Vil Ambu is an upcoming film directed by Ravi Subramanian and produced by Suseenthiran. Sri and Harish Kalyan play the leads in the film.

Nisha Krishnan, fiancée of Ganesh Venkatraman plays the role of Harish Kalyan’s sister in the film. Explaining about her role, Nisha says, “I play a very timid girl in Vil Ambu who is obedient to her family. The moment my (screen) father leaves the house, we three, me, my mom and Harish Kalyan have lots of fun at home”.

Talking about director Ravi Subramanian, Nisha says that he is someone who believes in realism and realistic portrayal. “He explains things very quickly and used to finish the shoots pretty fast. He is also very sweet and does not get angry”, she adds.

About her other projects, Nisha says that she was a part of Chennai Ungalai Anbudan Varaverkiradhu. She was also featured in Agavizhi, one of the six short films that Karthik Subbaraj’s Bench Talkies screened recently. “I have played a journalist character in Enna Satham Indha Neram, a small character in Naan Sigappu manithan, Ivan Vera Maadhiri etc. As I was a media student, I used to help out friends and do roles in their projects”.

About her future projects, Nisha says that she is at a discussion stage with a film that would be a trilingual. A Telugu project is also in the pipeline, she signs off.
