Positive signs ahead of Kochadaiiyaan's release

As Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kochadaiiyaan, India’s first motion capture film, is slated to release on the coming Friday, May 23, the question on everybody’s lips is, will it release as scheduled.

It is to be noted that the movie was schedule to release on May 9th, and the team sent a last minute press release that the movie will be postponed because of technical issues.

Looking at the current developments, Behindwoods thinks that the movie will release as per schedule.

In the May 9 week, some theaters had not opened the advance booking till as late as Wednesday (May 7). However, this time, the bookings have started in many theaters from the previous Saturday (May 17) onwards. And grand wall posters announcing May 23rd as the release date are already up all around Chennai city.

Also, the last time, we had a clue that the movie might get postponed because of the sudden preponement in the release of Yaamirukka Bayamey and Vallavanukku Pullum Aayudham in that week. This time, there are no other movies scheduled, yet.

Hence, looking at the possibilities, we might finally enjoy our Superstar, on the big screens, from this Friday.
