''Hari is an MGR among directors''

Vishal - Hari's second outing Poojai would have a worldwide release on October 22 in both Tamil and Telugu. The Poojai team met the press yesterday in Chennai and this is what Vishal had to say.

"Poojai would be my biggest release and also my best in terms of pre-release business. This is due to my combination with Hari, after Thamirabarani. Vendhar Movies would be releasing it all over TN.

I am happy that we have met the release date as planned, for the 3rd consecutive time after Pandiya Nadu and Naan Sigappu Manithan.

Poojai would be on a grand scale and it would have all elements in the right mix and proportion. Technicians like Yuvan and Kanal Kannan have contributed a lot to the output.

I would say Hari is an MGR among directors. His movies would appeal to even the common man on the street. Hari also wishes that even the last people in the film business chain are benefited from his movies. There would be no experimentation in his films but his packaging works out in a wholesome manner with all the necessary ingredients.

Sharing the screen space with Sathyaraj sir is a proud moment for me. Shruti Haasan is looking her best in the film and I have been getting a lot of feedback about her looks. I would say this is the best love track among Hari's films and I thank him for that. There is a big cast list of experienced support actors to watch out for.

I have good job satisfaction every day while doing Hari films. Hard work will never fail and it will soon be proved with Poojai's success. From VFF and VMusic, there will be more to come.
