Anjaan on the lines of Jigarthanda and Singam 2 ?
Aug 05, 2014Following the recent Jigarthanda, Suriya - Samantha's Anjaan will also run to around 2 hours 50 minutes, according to the film's censor report which is doing the rounds online. The U certified film, produced by Thirrupathi Brothers and UTV Motion Pictures, and directed by N Lingusamy, is a gangster movie set in Mumbai.
It is to be noted that Suriya's earlier movie, the Hari directorial Singam 2, that had Anushka and Hansika playing female leads, also had a running length of close to 3 hours, and was one of the superhits of 2013.
Will Anjaan repeat Jigarthanda and Singam 2's magic? We will have to wait and watch.
