'Anjaan' Suriya - the complete professional

Suriya has always been among the few heroes in Tamil cinema to be actively involved in marketing and promoting his films. For his upcoming Anjaan, the star has been relentless as ever.

 

At first, a thanksgiving meet was held in a popular star hotel in Chennai for the rousing success of the teaser and Suriya was present at the event, interacting with the media and a group of his fans. Then, a grand event was held in Sathyam Cinemas, Chennai on July 22 where the songs of the movie were screened and also officially premiered in the presence of the industry, media and Suriya fans. Suriya was present here too, and this occasion was also used to celebrate his birthday. Yesterday, the mobile game based on Anjaan, titled 'Race Wars' was released officially and the 'fearless face' of the movie was present yesterday as well, like a true professional.

 

Suriya's dedication in not just acting to his best capacity, but also for spending his valued time and efforts in promoting and marketing the movie, like Bollywood stars generally do, is applause-worthy. In this age of limited audience attention span and intense competition to grab eye balls, Suriya is doing the right thing and leading the way for other Tamil stars to follow.
