Is Kamal Haasan controlling Ramesh Arvind in Uttama Villain?

Ramesh Arvind is directing Kamal Haasan’s Uttama Villain which boasts of a stellar cast in the form of Jayaram, K Balachander, K Vishwanath, Urvashi to name a few. Kamal is in charge of story, screenplay and Crazy Mohan writes the dialogues for the film.

 

To a poser on whether Kamal has the creative control with him as regards Uttama Villain, Ramesh Arvind dismisses it right away and says, “Cinema is a collaborative medium and is more about team work. I am open to good suggestions. Uttama Villain is after all Kamal’s script and I would be a fool to not use his creative inputs.”

 

Uttama Villain is clipping at a brisk pace and the team will be shooting a song in Turkey soon.
