A 'very important partnership' for Dhanush's VIP

DOP Velraj's first venture as a director Velai Illa Pattathari (VIP), starring Dhanush and Amala Paul, is expected to release either in the month of June or July. Produced by Dhanush himself and featuring Anirudh's hit soundtrack, VIP is Dhanush's 25th film in his decade long career which has seen many milestones and accolades.

 

In a new development, VIP's release rights have reportedly been acquired by Escape Artists Motion Pictures who will now be marketing and distributing the movie ahead of its release. This will mark the first time that Dhanush and Escape Artists Motion Pictures will professionally join hands.

 

The production house was recently involved in Siva Karthikeyan's Maan Karate which has met with a grand opening.
