Pregnant producer accuses her lead actress of torture

Uyir Mozhi is an upcoming movie helmed by debutant director Raja and produced by Shanmugapriya. The movie is based on five different characters of human beings.
 

Producer Shanmugapriya mentioned in a recent interview about the difficulties she had to undergo because of the lack of cooperation by actress Keerthi, the lead actress of the film.
 

“Keerthi did not create any problems initially. However, when we were half way through the filming, Keerthi demanded that she had to be paid the entire salary, failing which she will not act in the movie.
 

I had conceived during that period. She gave me a lot of torture and did not give me the consideration of a pregnant woman. But, I managed to arrange the money and paid her as I did not want any hindrance in the shoot.
 

When I requested her to come for the press meet, Keerthi demanded flight tickets for her and her mother. I do not have the strength to pay for her flight tickets at the moment. I am not sure if she would come for the release of the movie either. I am going to file a complaint in the producer’s council regarding this.”
