Is it Simbu before Ajith, for Gautham?

Simbu began shooting for his next film, which is a home production with director Pandiraj, this past Monday in the outskirts of Chennai. He has been working day and night, at a record pace and updated that by November 1, he would have completed a majority of work for this film. He also plugged in that a lot of good news is in store for his loyal fans, who keep him going in the midst of a lot of issues.

"Working day and night for pandiraj film... major portions will b covered by Nov 1.. balu sir's camera work will sure b a treat ... Working really hard and sorting out a lot of issues only because of my fans... lot of gud news on the way :)"

The part about the good news assumes significance as the new buzz around town is about Gautham Menon and Simbu joining hands again, after the successful VTV in 2010. The shoot of this film is rumored to begin in the first week of November, by which time, in Simbu's own words, he would have covered major portions of his Pandiraj film.

Gautham's film with Ajith is expected to begin only in 2014 and by that time he is expected to be done with this Simbu film. But again this is just a guess and not an authenticated fact.

We are waiting for an official announcement from Simbu or Gautham to know how valid these reports are. But, an exciting development for sure.
