Gautham Menon’s next with Gautham Karthik

Director Gautham Menon is all set to wear the producer’s hat again. Our sources inform us that the ace director has signed ‘Podaa Podi’ fame Vignesh Shivan as his next director. We are also informed that actor Gautham Karthik, who ventured into cinema with Mani Ratnam’s Kadal, has been taken on board as the lead of the film. However, the project is said to be in the early stages of discussion and more details are expected very soon.
 

Meanwhile, Gautham Menon’s previous production venture, Ram’s Thanga Meengal is being screened at the Indian Panorama section of International Film Festival of India to be held at Goa. The film will also be screened in the non-competitive section ("Children's World") at the 18th International Children's Film Festival India to be held in Hyderabad in Novermber 2013.
 

On the other hand, Gautham Menon is producing the Jai-Santhanam-VTV Ganesh starrer Tamilselvanum Thaniyar Anjalum too. The director is also expected to join hands with Vikram for a project in 2014.
