Sripriya to do 22 Female Kottayam?

Aashiq Abu managed to shock and awe his audience with a powerful woman-centric film titled 22 Female Kottayam in Malayalam. The revenge drama starred Rima Kallingal and Fahaad Faasil along with Prathap Pothen and others playing key roles.

For some time now there have been talks about a Tamil remake for this film and sources in the industry have revealed that there will indeed be one. Yesteryear actress Sripriya will supposedly don the director’s hat for the first time as she’s set to helm the project. Sources say that Nithya Menen has been cast in the role of the lead while details of the other cast members and the film’s title is awaited.
