KV Anand's next is Anegan
Aug 31, 2013 The much anticipated title of KV Anand-Dhanush project has been revealed. The project will be called Anegan, meaning “The man with many shadows”, according to classic Tamil poet Manikkavachakar. The interesting title indicates Dhanush’s character in the movie and accordingly it will be a treat to see him in a role with different shades and colours, say the producers, AGS Entertainment.
Pairing up opposite Dhanush will be Amyra, a Mumbai based actress who is making her debut in Tamil with this romance-comedy-action-suspense-thriller. Navarasa Nayakan Karthik Muthuraman, Atul Kulkarni, Ashish Vidhyarthi and Jagan will also feature in this mega budget extravaganza.
Cinematographer Om Prakash, Harris Jayaraj, writers SuBa and editor Anthony make the technical team of the project. Funded by Kalpathi S Aghoram, Kalpathi S Ganesh and Kalpathi S.Suresh, who have made successful projects like Tiruttu Payale, Santosh Subrahmanyam, Madrasapatnam, Engeyum Kadhal, Avan Ivan, Yuddham Sai and Maattrraan, KV Anand’s Anegan goes on floors on 2nd September in Pondichery and the shootings will happen in the exotic locales of Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Bolivia and other countries.
