TRAFFIC POLICE BREAKS BIKERS' HELMETS; VIDEO GOES VIRAL!

Ever since the new traffic regulation act came into effect a couple of months ago, helmets and fine became the hot and trending topic.

A video has been going viral on social media where a traffic police stops bikers and removes their filmsy helmets and breaks them on road.

While wearing helmet is mandatory, the helmet not serving its purpose is a wasteful thing.

However, people also feel that the act is rather insulting and something else like putting a fine and giving them a proper helmet would work better.
