TN - MARRIED SCHOOL TEACHER ELOPES WITH STUDENT

According to reports, a 26-year-old newly-married school teacher from Salem eloped with her 17-year-old student. The two were forced to return back after the police involved.

Reportedly, the woman had completed her post-graduate degree and worked at a tutorial centre. The woman married a software engineer last month. However, since the husband went to Chennai for work, the accused went to live with her parents.

The woman left to an employment exchange centre in Gorimedu later that week and never returned back. Even after filing a police complaint, the woman could not be found. On the fifth day after vanishing, the woman returned home with her 17-year-old student.

The two reportedly escaped to go on a vacation. However, after finding out that the police were searching for them, they returned earlier. The two were having an affair even before the woman got married.
