BUMRAH IN, ROHIT SHARMA OUT FOR SRI LANKA SERIES IN JAN 2020

Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah suffered a stress fracture injury and had undergone treatment at London. Recently he could be seen bowling at the nets during India vs West Indies series.
While it was hinted that Bumrah could be included in the team anytime sooner, the MSK Prasad led selection committee announced the official information about Bumrah's comeback today at Delhi.
Bumrah will be playing in the home series against Srilanka and Australia which will begin on January 2020. Along with Bumrah, Shikar Dhawan will also be joining the Indian squad for the upcoming series.
Meanwhile, the announcement also said that Rohit Sharma and Mohammed Sami will be rested for the Sril Lanka series. India will play 3 T20Is against Srilanka which starts from January 5 2020. The series will be followed by 3 ODIs against Australia from January 14.
