Optical Illusions and quizzes are always fun. They are a test of an individual's higher brain function. Researchers at Caltech in California, USA, have created an optical illusion that's based on sound - leaving netizens confused.
Called 'the Rabbit Illusion', it asks viewers to look at a cross on the top of the screen. While looking at it, they hear a few beep sounds along with some flashes on the bottom of the screen. Users have to identify the number of flashes they see, without taking their eyes off the cross.
According to a report in Insider, majority of people see three flashes when the beep sound is heard. However, there are only two flashes. The illusion makes use of the beep sound to trick your eyes into thinking that there are three flashes.
