TCS TO PAY DOUBLE THE SALARY TO EMPLOYEES WHO QUALIFY IN NEW ELIGIBILITY TEST!

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has said that it will double the salary of its employees who prove to be 'Hot Talents' by qualifying in an advanced test the company is planning to roll out.
The new test will be an advanced version of the TCS National Qualifier Test launched by the company last year to ease the selection process.
“The top people who took our national test, we are offering them another test. If they clear that test, we call them Hot Talent and they are offered double the salary,” Milind Lakkad, Executive Vice President and Global Head, was quoted as saying by the Hindu.
Internal employees with three years of experience are also eligible for the test. Out of the 30,000 candidates who got offers letters through the national test last year, 1,300 have been shortlisted to appear for the advanced Test. Among the internal employees, the company has so far identified 2,500 deserving candidates.
“For people coming from outside, the compensation will double if they clear the test. For internal employees, based on their experience, they’ll get a significant hike.”
