We had reported that director Rohit Shetty would be next working with Ranveer Singh for an action film. The latest we get to hear from sources close to the unit is that Rohit Shetty and the team will be flying to abroad for a look test for Ranveer. Director Rohit Shetty wants to experiment with the actor's look, and Ranveer will be donning a cop.

Sources also reveal that actress Deepika Padukone is approached to pair with the actor. We all know that Rohit Shetty and Deepika share a friendly relation and the duo had already worked together for the super-hit 'Chennai Express.' B-town is also equally thrilled to see Ranveer-Deepika on-screen. On more interesting update that we hear about the project is the possibilities of superstar Shahr Rukh Khan doing a cameo in the film. 

The movie's first schedule is expected to begin by November, and if sources are true, then the first schedule of the film is expected to kick start at Ramoji Film City. The team will start the film's shoot with Ranveer Singh's intro song and move to Mumbai where another set will be erected to shoot the major portion of the film.
