She entered films
when
recording for an album for Magna Sound and Rahman
met her through a common friend, Pravin. Her
voice is full of energy and she adds sheen to
the songs. The notable songs which she has sung
are Katipudi Katipudida, Kannum Kannum Nokia,
and Hindi songs in Lagaan, Kal Ho Naa Ho, Dhoom
and many others.
