Ramkumar,
the elder son of Sivaji Ganesan welcomed the gathering.
He is usually a behind-the-scenes man with excellent organizational
skills. He said that in September last year, he received
a call from Rajini
saying that they should do a film together. He accepted
and the movie was flagged off
on
October 1. He said that he was very happy that the movie is
running successfully crossing 25 weeks on the same day this
year. He also said that the movie had created a big record
by running for more than 100 days in 152 centers. He dedicated
this success to his late father Sivaji Ganesan.
