Shipping details :

Orders in Tamilnadu, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days, and 4-7 business days for the rest of Tamilnadu. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.)

Cancellation Policy :

If you want to edit or cancel your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please write us directly to support@behindwoods.com and we will see if we can work it out for you.

Refund details :

Any technical errors in the payment process, for payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation., which can be later transferred into your bank account.
