Direction: Trivikram Srinivas

S/o Satyamurthy is an upcoming entertainer starring Stylish Star Allu Arjun, Samantha, Aadah Sharma and Nitya Menon in lead roles. The film has the successful combination of Dialogue magician Trivikram and energetic powerhouse Devi Sri Prasad.

Chal Chalo Chalo
Singers: Raghu Dixit, Rita, Sooraj Santhosh
Lyrics: Ramajogayya Sastry

The most anticipated album of the season begins with an inevitable touch of philosophical lyrics by Ramajogayya Sastry. The feisty electric guitars, trademark DSP’s percussions and sultry voice of Raghu Dixit make it a fantastic listen. The instant likeability factor of the track makes it even more appealing.

One and Two and Three
Singers: Sooraj Santhosh
Lyrics: Devi Sri Prasad

The power packed punch continues with a dance number sung effectively by Sooraj Santhosh. The acid rock guitars take the front seat and impressive bass guitar does the job perfectly. Devi Sri Prasad’s fancy lyrics make a trendy impact on the overall composition.

Seethakalam
Singers: 1080g, Sri Mani
Lyrics: 1080g, Yazin Nizar

The melodious dimension is unleashed with this feel good melody having strong poetic lyric base by Sri Mani. The excellent bass work makes a dominant move in the composition and at the same time not tampering the lead vocals. The rhythm section is steady and laid back with dew drop guitars supporting them quite well.

Super Machi
Singers: Devi Sri Prasad, Magizhini , Sravana Bhargavi
Lyrics: Devi Sri Prasad

Interestingly, the album takes a folk turn with a raw sounding number sung by the power packed Devi Sri Prasad himself. The lyrics go in a breathless manner with funkiness and Sravana Bhargavi does a good job with her husky sounding voice. The album has an instant catchy nature with mellowed bass guitar touches as well.

Come to the party
Singers: Vijay Prakash
Lyrics: Sirivennela Sitaramasastri

A funny composition with occasional jazz touches and proves yet again that Sirivennela Sitarama Sastry can write lyrics for even such fancy numbers. Vijay Prakash, who usually sings emotional numbers sang this extremely fun loving number. The rhythm section is typically DSP styled with usage of trumpets, nadaswaram and decent chord progression.

Jaaruko
Singers: M.M. Manasi
Lyrics: Sri Mani

This gripping rhythm based track has good energy levels throughout its progress with fair renditions by the lead singers. However, the track has an irresistible de-ja-vu touch resembling the composer’s earlier tracks. However, the second interlude has a Spanish rumba flavor coupled with Salsa touches which stands out unique.

Vacchadu
Singers: Javed Ali
Lyrics: Devi Sri Prasad

A conventional track which elevates the hero’s image in terms of orchestration as well as the lyrics but has a different dimension associated with it. The cow boy styled strings, and impressive rhythm section make it an enjoyable fare. DSP’s lyrics make a great impact carrying the constant energy.

Verdict: S/o Satyamurthy is a typical album from the commercially successful combination of Bunny- Trivikram- DSP. However, it might fare low in terms of stunning novelty and experimentation.
