BHALE BHALE MAGADIVOY MOVIE REVIEW
Release Date : Sep 04,2015Review by : Behindwoods Review Board
You obviously expect a kickass product when you have big names likes Geetha Arts teaming up with a charismatic actor like Nani. Maruthi Dasari wields the director’s hat while National Award winning super-talented music director, Gopi Sundar takes care of the music department. Let’s see how this collaboration has worked out.
The movie falls under the generic premise of a simple feel good romantic comedy, but its unpredictable narrative pattern keeps you pleasantly buzzed. Though the core story makes you relate it to a few Hollywood films, the movie has enough surprise elements and highpoints which engages the viewers and holds them until the end.
It has a nice blend of humor and romance added to some captivating performances by the cast. The director has made sure that the jokes keep coming consistently throughout the film which makes your experience even more ingratiating and lovable.
It’s a stellar performance from the technical team; Gopi Sundar’s music elevates the colorful visuals of Nizar Shafi, to a league of its own. Lavanya Tripathi looks pretty and adds the required zest. Her expressions look a little functional at places which is inevitable considering the genre of the film.
What amazes the most is the film doesn't resort to a predictable narration. The movie is filled with plenty of twists to keep the audience hooked from the scratch to finish line and it is the primary USP of the film. The scene where the director brings in the Shankar Dada carom board scene connect, is one among the few major highlights of the film.
Coming to the hero of the show, Nani, he completely floors you down. Bhale Bhale Magadivoy is of his most appealing outing till date. Donning the character of carefree youngster with mild memory loss issue, he has ample scope to prove his mettle. He plays a character which amuses the audience at one place and the very next moment he produces a charming follow up which leaves you with a sweet taste. Be it romance or comedy, he has delivered his best.
Though it gets a little melodramatic towards the end, Nani’s power packed performance makes sure that the film doesn't have one dull or sappy moment and saves it from turning excessively cheesy.
