ANEGAN MOVIE RELEASE EXPECTATION

The Tamil industry for some reason is kicked about 2015. They have welcomed the year with some massive projects. Following the star studded Shankar’s I and Gautham Menon’s Yennai Arindhaal, director KV Anand brings out his Dhanush and Karthik starrer, Anegan to the spotlight. Produced by AGS Entertainment, Anegan also has Amyra Dastur and Jagan in pivotal roles.
 

Known for his racy commercial cinema, KV Anand, it appears so, has yet again after an ambitious attempt with Maattrraan, taken up a project that could push the envelope, in terms of creativity, magnitude and visuals. With Anegan, KV Anand has explored through different time zones. About the complexity of the script, KV Anand reverts, “Please don’t assume. Any simple story can be told in a complicated way and the vice versa applies too. I believe that the audiences are intelligent and can be made to think about the plot and the other intricacies. He can judge and predict the story, if he watches closely. We can give him that scope to use his thought process. This doesn’t involve education, but just basic understanding of life.”

On his lead actors, “All the three main characters - Dhanush, Karthik and Amyra, have done an awesome job. They have competed with one another performance wise. Audiences would surely feel this, and the film would work if even one of them makes a mark on the audience,” says the director.

As the director believes, for a romantic thriller, Feb 13 has now turned out to be an ideal release date for Anegan! We wish the team a great run!
