Can Ilayaraja be missed out? He showed yet again that he is the maestro with some soul stirring music in Nandalala. It proved to be a very pensive, quiet album in keeping with the serious theme of the movie. Though it was slightly melancholic, the album was crafted to perfection. Onnukkonnu and Thalattu Ketka cringed our hearts. The songs were more appealing once viewers got to see the visuals on the screen.
