When
Tamil cinema was unworriedly treading the "commercial"
path of story-telling, making the audience watch three-hour
ordeals in theatres, newcomers and even veterans have
taken keen interest by reducing the time taken to
convey the story/ message these days. When critics
and analysts were vocal about directors wasting screen
time with songs and unwanted comedy scenes, the young
blood, which is starting to rule Kollywood, has understood
this and is concentrating on limiting the screening
time for their movies. We will sample a few movies
which maybe called trendsetters in the future. |
