This album, one feels, was quite unfairly remembered only for its ‘Evandi Unna Peththan’ which became a youth rage, thanks to the quite irreverent and brash lyrics by STR. The very expertly composed ‘Vaanam’ was lost in the midst of the flashy ‘Evandi’ and ‘No Money’ numbers. But, a popular album on the whole!
