Maddy has always appeared a bit guarded when it comes to comedy. One feels he can be a bit more uninhibited when it comes to comedy. His scenes with Vivek have always come out well, like in Minnale and Dum Dum Dum. With Vadivelu in Rendu and Arya (remember, Snake Babu?) too, he was in his element.
