She
faced the camera for the first time on November
19, 1973 in the movie Murugan Kaattiya Vazhi.
To everybody’s surprise her first
shot was the best. Watching her, the audience
suddenly realized that an actress and a
star had been born. Of her 300 films, 200
are Tamil. Interestingly, her first movie
with Rajinikanth, Bhairavi, was the first
film where the Superstar played hero. They
proved an excellent pair, giving us memorable
hits like Billa, and Polladhavan. |
