Karu Pazhaniappan’s movie was received well and went on to become the most successful movie of Srikanth. Sneha in a double role gave the performance of her lifetime. Though the movie had heavy emotional overtones, the overall effect was very positive. Vidyasagar’s melodies are worth a mention too.
