Actor Vivek's speech was the highlight of the event. He added a lot of humour to his speech and made the audience burst into laughter. His comment on actress not attending the promotional events was the highlight of his speech. He said, "Nayanthara and other actresses have a sentiment of not attending promotional events. The sentiment is they feel that if they attend the event the result of the movie will be on a negative side. Why don't they have a sentiment like "getting the final payment would end up the movie as a disaster?"
Vivek in his speech also spoke about Karthi's efforts during the Chennai floods. He said, "The scenario was too worse. Karthi took a flight to Bangalore from Hyderabad as there were no flights available to Chennai at that time. From Bangalore, he travelled to Chennai by road." He added up that he has acted as the son of Sivakumar and he now feels happy to act as Karthi's father in the movie.
Director Gokul mentioned clearly in his speech that the movie wouldn't be like Baahubali. He stated, "Don't expect a Baahubali. The scale of the SSR directed flick is very different from Kaashmora." He also gave a headline to all the press people that he hasn't opened up about the humour elements in any of the promotional activities since he wanted it to be a Diwali treat for all the audience.
Karthi the man behind all the efforts spoke about the technicians who shed all their sweat for the movie. He also narrated, " Raj Nayak character has created an expectation in people's minds and it would for sure be satisfied. Performing as Raj Nayak was the hardest part that I could not show expressions with all the makeup applied. I wonder about Kamal sir often that how he managed to do it with ten characters where I am finding it hard for performing for a single character."
