'I share a close relationship with Uday' – K. Balachander - Event Story

Actor Uday Kiran is making a grand re-entry to the Tamil industry with a commercial action entertainer that is yet to be titled. The pooja of the film was held yesterday, 22^nd March, at the prestigious AVM studios. The auspices were held in the presence of industry stalwarts such as K. Balachander, S A Chandrasekar, A L Alagappan , T Shiva and Kalaipuli Thanu alongside members of the film’s crew.

Balachander spoke of his close-knit father-son like relationship with Uday Kiran and said that the relationship will continue for generations. He wished the hero and the film the best and was confident that the end result will be positive for everyone involved.

Uday Kiran spoke of his desire to be as accepted as Rajini and Kamal and that this film would set him on course for it. The film is produced by Munna for FLYING COLOURS, directed by Sudhakar and the cinematography is going to be taken care by Sathish Mutyala.
