Bold and beautiful
National Institute of Fashion Technology, the premier fashion institute, conducted its Graduation Show recently. On May 22, the designs created by students of Bachelor of Design, knitwear showcased their work in a spectacular fashion show. Top models from across the country, strutted the ramp, displaying the confluence of design and colour. The show was choreographed by ace choreographer Dalu.
In 21 sequences, the pretty models showcased designs that ranged from traditional to contemporary, simple to bold and trendy. The costumes that displayed the carnival of Brazil, costumes made of industrial wastes, travel gears, costumes that symbolised the gypsies of India and desert fashion were some of the highlights of the show.
