"TOLD I WON'T ACT IN KGF 2 IF THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN...! - POPULAR ACTRESS BREAKS UNKNOWN STORIES!

Actress Malavika Avinash was a part of KGF Chapter 1, and she is expected to reprise her role in KGF Chapter 2. In an exclusive interview to Behindwoods, the actress shares unknown stories about her role in the movie.

Starting with her filmography in Kannada, Malavika mentioned that she was not an easy person to convince in general, but since she got favorable roles which she liked in the language, she considerably worked in a lot more films in Sandalwood than in any other language.

Talking about Yash, the actress mentioned, "Even before KGF, I have a very special relation with Yash - I have acted upto 4 films with the actor before this and all were superhits, and incidentally almost in all the movies he was paired with his now-wife Radhika. I usually meet him for every Rakhi at his house!"

About the role in KGF Chapter 1, Malavika said that she met him on the sets of KGF at one Rakhi festive season, but director Prashant Neel said there was no female characters in the movie except for the heroine. "But later I got a call, saying they wanted me to act in the movie because they wanted someone very arrogant", added the actress with a laugh.

"But he never told us the full story of the movie - Prashant just tells us what we need to act and that we proceed with. But this time I was a little insistent - I told him I won't act in the movie if he doesn't tell the full story...!", she said.
