Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsIn an unfortunate news that flashed on the screens on Sunday, it came to notice that actress Yashika had met with a major road accident at the early hours of July 25 as the car that the actress and her friends were in suddenly lost control and crashed into the railing.
While one of her friends, Valli Chetty Pavani was dead on the spot, the other three were rushed to a private hospital in Chennai. For the unversed, Yashika was driving when the accident occurred.
Reportedly a case has been filed in three sections against the actress, including section 304 A of 'IPC (causing death by negligence). It is said that the cops have also confiscated her driving license in connection with the case.
Now, it has been learnt from the actress’s mother that as soon as Yashika regained her consciousness in the hospital, she asked for her friend Pavani. And reportedly, she was told that her friend was in ventilator support. This was said so because the doctor had instructed the family members not to share any negative news with the actress. Accordingly, Yashika is still unaware of her friend’s death. It will almost take 3 more months for the actress to get fully recovered!
