The talented Singer received the trophy and cash prize of Rs 10 lakh presented to him by the top music composer Anirudh Ravichander. Bharat was declared as the runner-up and Abhilash was declared as the second runner-up. The winner of Super Singer 8 will get the chance to make their playback singing debut with a song composed by Anirudh. So, it has been now confirmed that Sridhar Sena will soon turn playback singer with an Anirudh composition.

Post the grand finale of the show, Benny Dayal had invited all the contestants of this season for a surprise dinner party. The pictures and videos from the event are going viral on social media. Apart from dinner, the contestants also had a DJ session where they sang and danced. Looking at the pictures, it sure does look like they had a blast!

Muthu Sirpi, Sridhar Sena, Bharath, Abhilash, Anu, and Maanasi were the top 5 contestants of Super Singer Season 8, who made it to the finals of the show. Apart from the permanent judging panel - Anuradha Sriram, Unnikrishnan, Benny Dayal, and SPB Charan - renowned singers including KS Chithra, Malgudi Subha, Ananth Vaidyanathan, and Kalpana graced the finale of the popular singing reality show as the guest judges.
